British‑Jamaican star Stefflon Don has finalised a major catalogue agreement with HarbourView Equity Partners, granting the investment firm rights to a selection of her pre‑2024 compositions and recordings.
The acquisition spans several of her most recognisable records — 16 Shots, Hurtin’ Me, Boasty, Senseless, and Can’t Let You Go.
While HarbourView did not disclose financial terms, her label 54 London confirmed on Instagram that the deal is valued at approximately £6.3 million.
“Ownership and legacy are everything to me,” Stefflon Don said in the announcement, noting that HarbourView aligned with her long‑term vision and cultural mission.
Based in Newark, New Jersey, HarbourView continues to expand its global music portfolio. Since launching in 2021, the company has acquired more than 70 catalogues across multiple genres.

Founder and CEO Sherrese Clarke described Stefflon Don as “a singular voice with global impact,” adding that the partnership aims to preserve and elevate her body of work while supporting her next creative chapter.
Stefflon Don’s catalogue reflects her fluid movement across Dancehall, Hip‑Hop, Afrobeats, and Pop, with breakout hits like 16 Shots cementing her as one of the most visible UK artists with Caribbean roots.
The deal arrives as she prepares a new wave of releases, including three upcoming singles and collaborations with Leto, Don Diablo, and a Dancehall link‑up featuring Skillibeng and Vybz Kartel.
HarbourView currently manages roughly £3.05 billion in regulatory assets and oversees a wider portfolio of more than 41,000 songs across masters and publishing.
