Tonight, Tarrus Riley returns to London, taking the stage at Electric Brixton alongside Christopher Ellis as part of the Jamaica Independence celebrations.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Tarrus myself, and the photo I’m sharing with this post is a reminder that he’s every bit as genuine off the stage as he is on it. Humble, respectful and passionate about reggae, he represents the culture with real class.
Whether he’s performing roots reggae or lovers rock, Tarrus always delivers with heart, and that’s why he continues to be one of the most respected voices in modern reggae.
